(about 600 ml)

  • 150 ml fat free milk (not 2% milk)
  • 125 ml oats
  • 1 apple, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 ml ground cinnamon
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced, and
  • 1 cinnamon stick per glass, to decorate

Put all the ingredients in your smoothie maker and blitz until smooth. Pour into glasses and decorate with the apple slices and cinnamon sticks.
