(10 minutes, serves 4)

  • 300 g ham, cut into thin strips
  • 200 g salami, cut into thin strips
  • 4 gherkins, cut into small cubes
  • 250 ml mayonnaise
  • 100 ml Bulgarian yoghurt
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Combine the ham, salami and gherkins. Mix the mayonnaise and yoghurt and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together and serve with fresh bread rolls.
