serves 4

  • 50 g thin green beans
  • 2 smoked chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 20 ml mayonnaise
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 head of cos lettuce
  • bean sprouts
  • about 16 spring onions
Bring a pot of water to the boil. Submerge green beans in it until soft, but still a little crisp. Drain. Combine chicken strips with mayonnaise and season with salt and black pepper. Take a large lettuce leaf and put green beans, chicken, sprouts and spring onions on it. Roll up and enjoy immediately. To drink
