(about 500 ml)

  • 125 ml Bulgarian yoghurt
  • 125 ml full cream milk
  • 15 ml Milo
  • 2 bananas, cut into chunks
  • 30 ml peanut butter
  • 8 almonds
  • 3 ice cubes
  • some more Milo, to decorate

Put all the ingredients in your smoothie maker and blitz until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle Milo on top.
