(Serves 4)

  • 500 g pork sausages
  • 250 g streaky bacon
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 1 French loaf
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mustard

Preheat oven to 180 °C. Wrap sausages in bacon. Sprinkle olive oil on a baking tray. Put sausage on tray and roast for 25 minutes. Cut bread into large chunks, cut open and put two sausages in each chunk. Serve with tomato sauce and mustard.
