  • 1 kg unpeeled sweet potato, cut into slices
  • 35 g (60 ml) butter
  • 50 g (60 ml) sugar
  • 5 ml ground cinnamon
  • salt to taste
  • 60 ml water

Heat oven to 200°C. Put sliced sweet potato into an ovenproof dish. Dot with butter. Add sugar and cinnamon and season with salt. Pour water over other ingredients and cover with tinfoil. Put in hot oven for about 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 30 minutes until soft.
