• 210 g dark chocolate
  • 190 g (210 ml) unsalted butter
  • 250 g (310 ml) sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 15 ml cake flour, sifted

Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Melt the chocolate and butter in your microwave oven or in a bowl over boiling water. Stir in the sugar and allow to cool slightly. Add the eggs one by one and beat well after each addition. Add the flour and mix well. Pour the mixture into a lined tin and bake for 22 minutes. The cake should still be slightly soft in the middle. Take out of the oven and tip the cake out immediately. Let cool.
