Squishy, warm garlic on a piece of toast - one of my favourites!
- 5 whole garlic bulbs
- 75 ml olive oil
- Handful fresh thyme
- Coarse salt
Preheat oven to 180 °C. Cut tops off garlic bulbs. Put bulbs in oven-roasting dish, cut sides up, and pour olive oil over. Put a sprig of thyme on top of each and sprinkle coarse salt over. Oven-roast for 15 - 20 minutes until very soft.
