THE Uitenhage police are trying to establish the identity of two unknown male bodies and also to locate the next-of-kin of the victims.
The two unidentified men, both presumably in their thirties, were found at 08:30 on Sunday, 29 December 2019, close to the roadside about a kilometre from the Koedoes-kloof Waste Disposal Site near Uitenhage.
According to police spokesperson Captain Gerda Swart, both males had multiple gunshot wounds in their upper bodies.
Detectives are investigating a double murder.
Both males weigh about 70kg and are about 1.7m tall. The first victim was wearing a grey hooded tracksuit top, a blue golf shirt, green trousers and a pair of red Bronx sneakers. The second male victim was wearing a black tracksuit top, navy trousers and pair of black and lime sneakers.

Body in Caledon Street
In a separate incident the body of an unidentified man, presumably in his fifties, was found at about 05:25 on Tuesday, 3 December 2019, lying on a pavement in Caledon Street, Uitenhage.
The police are trying to establish the identity of the unknown male and are also looking for his next-of-kin. The Post Mortem revealed that the man passed on owing to natural causes.
