Mind, body reset for charity

Pamper yourself and support the Hopeview Children’s Centre – a safe space for Paternoster children to learn and play.

An exciting initiative, a Mind & Body Reset for women, will be launched on Friday 5 March by the Paternoster Project NPC in collaboration with Stellenbosch University (SU). All proceeds will contribute to the important work done at the children’s centre.

The weekend programme was designed by Prof Elmarie Terblanche and her students from the university’s sport science department. These specialists will be in attendance during the weekend, monitoring, advising and guiding each participant. Only 10 places are available to ensure personal attention. The weekend programme includes fitness training and yoga classes, healthy eating, relaxation, stretching and mindfulness sessions; early morning walks or jogs on Paternoster’s iconic beaches, lifestyle talks on nutrition and holistic sessions on how to change your mindset and habits.

The weekend will take place from 5-7 March. The special introductory price is R1 900 and includes healthy meals and drinks. The latter will be prepared by Cathy’s Café, one of the project’s income generating projects. The price does include accommodation.
