Hungry Lion sharing with customers

Hungry Lion brought joy to the people of Piketberg when they opened a new store to great fanfare on Thursday 12 December.

Mayor of the Bergrivier Municipality, Alderman Ray van Rooy got the formalities underway by cutting the ribbon to officially open the store.

A DJ, giveaways, sign-spinners, and of course, delicious food, made for a day jam-packed with fun. Tashalene Reid, chief marketing officer for Hungry Lion said, “We aren’t just in the business of selling chicken. More than that, we’re in the business of sharing.

“We know that food brings people together and that is at the heart of what we do. We want to bring joy to our customers through our food and we are very happy to be able to share more with Piketberg.”

Hungry Lion recently celebrated 22 years of sharing and now boast with more than 200 stores in six countries across Africa.
