Hello and welcome to our live coverage of this Premier League clash between Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge.
Underway at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea immediately attack down the right and get the ball in to Lukaku, who scuffs his shot and fails to convert the first chance of the game 44 seconds in.
Thomas Tuchel recently bemoaned his side's busy schedule and said that they were feeling tired. He said he intended to give them two days off. If he has, it appears to have paid off. Chelsea have come out of the blocks flying.
Mount and Lukaku are involved in Chelsea's build-up down the right before Ziyech delivers an inch-perfect cross to the far post. Chance for Hudson-Odoi, but he heads off target! That's two genuine chances squandered. Will Chelsea come to regret this?
Ziyech goes for goal from outside the box, but his shot is deflected behind for a corner.
The corner count rises further as Sessegnon snuffs out another Chelsea attack.
Mount picks out Thiago Silva from the corner, but the Brazil defender heads off target.
Ziyech cuts inside from Chelsea's right and shoots from long range. Lloris makes a bit of a meal of it, but he just about punches it away from goal.
Chelsea's vulnerability in defence is showing. Spurs hit them on the counter and Winks goes for goal from long range, but Kepa makes the save.
Doherty goes in late on Sarr, who has stayed down. VAR Darren England is checking the incident.
The atmosphere at Stamford Bridge is red-hot with Chelsea fans taunting Tottenham over the fact that the Blues are the only London club to have won the UEFA Champions League.
This game is proving to be a fierce contest, with Chelsea still controlling the game, but not quite as much as in the opening minutes. Again, they may live to regret their two early spurned chances.
Mount gets the ball into the area. It's a great chance for Lukaku at the near post, but he takes an airswipe! Hudson-Odoi tries to recycle, but Chelsea eventually lose possession.
Hudson-Odoi cuts inside from the left and looks to pick Lukaku out. He can't make contact and the ball goes across Lloris' goal and wide.
Hudson-Odoi looks to beat Tanganga on his outside and draws a foul. The Spurs defender sees yellow for that challenge and deservedly so.
Sessegnon is in behind Azpilicueta, but he puts the ball across goal and wide. It's not clear whether that was intended as a shot or a pass across, but either way, it failed to reach its intended target.
Rudiger charges forward to join the Chelsea attack. He looks to pick out Lukaku with a cross towards the near post, but the Belgium striker can't connect cleanly under pressure. Good defending from Eric Dier.
Spurs hit Chelsea on the break and Kane receives the ball from the left, controls and puts the ball in the net. Paul Tierney rules that Kane fouled Thiago Silva in the process. It's being checked by VAR though.
NO GOAL! The on-field decision stands. Kane's slight push on Thiago Silva has been ruled as a foul and so the goal is disallowed. Antonio Conte will likely have something to say about that if Tottenham don't go on to win this game. Meanwhile, Jorginho has picked up a yellow card.
The ensuing corner leads to a Ziyech cross from deep. It's a delightful ball, but it looks like Sanchez got the decisive touch to send it behind for a corner.
Kovacic looks to release Lukaku. Dier closes the Belgian down well and blocks his shot.
HALF-TIME: CHELSEA 0-0 TOTTENHAM. Chelsea have controlled the game for the most part, but the big talking point heading into the break is Harry Kane's controversially disallowed goal. At the break, we are as we started.
We head into three minutes of stoppage time at the end of the first half.
Thiago Silva wins the header once again from the ensuing corner, but his effort goes off target.
Chelsea get the second half up and running.
GOAL, CHELSEA, ZIYECH! 1-0: Hudson-Odoi drives forward and gives the ball to Ziyech, who from just outside the box curls an inch-perfect shot into the top corner, leaving Lloris rooted to the spot!
Mount sees his shot blocked, but Ziyech is there on the follow-up from almost identical distance to his goal. This is another superb strike, but Lloris makes a superb save to tip it away.
Hudson-Odoi badly misplaces a pass as it comically goes out of play near halfway with not a Chelsea player in sight.
Hudson-Odoi receives the pass from Mount, breaks away from Tanganga and cuts inside before giving it back to Mount, who fires just off target from long range.
GOAL, CHELSEA, SILVA! 2-0: Mount's free-kick delivery picks out Thiago Silva at the near post and he heads home! Tottenham are protesting that it was a free-kick cheaply won by Hudson-Odoi, but Thiago Silva certainly deserves a goal today!
Skipp and Lucas Moura are on in place of Tanganga and Sessegnon for Spurs.
Tempers are flaring between the sides with Bergwijn and Azpilicueta having a heated argument. When play resumes, Bergwijn has a shot at goal, but doesn't get enough power in his shot, which is comfortably claimed by Kepa.
Ziyech's free-kick delivery is headed over Kane's own crossbar by the Spurs striker.
Ziyech looks to tee up Lukaku, but the pass is just cut out before it can reach him. Not long afterwards, Ziyech has a shot from long range, but this time, it's comfortable for Lloris. However, it's all Chelsea at the moment.
Azpilicueta appeals for a penalty off a Chelsea corner. The decision goes the way of Tottenham, but perhaps the Blues were unlucky as Skipp held the Chelsea captain.
Lukaku is afforded a chance to turn and shoot, but Lloris makes a good stop to deny him. Spurs look to counter, but Doherty fires off target under pressure from Sarr.
Kante comes on for Chelsea in place of Jorginho, who was on a yellow card.
Mount draws a save from Lloris after being slipped in behind. Chelsea continue to dominate.
Some of Lukaku's movement has been bright, but he's not looking his usual confident self in front of goal today.
Major chance for Bergwijn, but he scuffs his shot and affords Kepa a simple save.
CHANCE! Kane rises and directs a strong header on goal, but Kepa makes a solid save to tip it behind for a corner.
Marcos Alonso is on in place of Hudson-Odoi.
Bryan is on for Spurs in place of Winks.
Into five minutes of stoppage time we go. Saul is on in place of Ziyech, whose goal today has to be a contender for goal of the season.
FULL-TIME: CHELSEA 2-0 TOTTENHAM. Second half goals from Ziyech and Thiago Silva have given Chelsea a comfortable win over Tottenham at Stamford Bridge. This is a welcome boost as they prepare to head off to the Club World Cup. On a day which saw Arsenal held by Burnley, London is, for the moment, very much blue.
